Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Honest Market Maker ("HMM", "we", "us") is an operator interface for running an automated market-making bot against your own exchange accounts. By creating an account you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Beta service, no warranty
HMM is currently in free beta. The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. Bugs, downtime, mis-priced quotes, missed fills, and total loss of the capital you allocate to the bot are all possible outcomes. You accept that risk.
You control the keys and the money
You supply your own Bitmart API keys. We store them encrypted and use them only to place, cancel, and query orders on the pairs you enable. We never withdraw funds and we cannot — the keys should be created without withdrawal permission. You can revoke the keys on Bitmart at any time; that is the ultimate kill switch.
Not financial advice
HMM is a tool, not advice. Nothing in the app, the documentation, or any Telegram alert is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Market making a low-liquidity token can lose you a lot of money quickly. Only run capital you can afford to lose.
Acceptable use
- No wash trading intended to defraud counterparties or manipulate a listing.
- No use in jurisdictions where automated trading of the assets you are quoting is illegal.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, resell, or attack the service.
Fees
HMM is free during beta. We'll give reasonable advance notice before we introduce any fee, and you can stop using the service at any time.
Termination
You can delete your workspace and API keys at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create a security or legal risk to the service or other users.
